Is this one of the dlc packs for rpg maker vx ace?
I wrote this program myself, and it is written in Java. In it, you can draw ready-made pictures that can be used as a background in your games. Thanks to this development, I quickly draw levels for my games. The program has nothing to do with the RPG Maker series of editors.
